FAA just issued new statement regarding Starship: "The FAA completed the safety review portion of the SpaceX Starship-Super Heavy license evaluation on Oct. 31." But the Fish and Wildlife Service still needs to complete its environmental review before a license can be issued. "SpaceX has completed all corrective actions as required by the mishap investigation report. The environmental review is the last major element of the license evaluation process."
